For products like mouthguards, it’s important for the consumer to be able to inspect the product in real life, not just a product image on the front of the box. This was the motivation to create custom packaging with a built-in pull-out tray for easy product viewing. This design was also created to avoid using the standard, cheap-looking “clamshell” packaging, which is also always difficult to open up for the consumer.
JawHead™, a play on the term Jarhead, was created with a military aesthetic. It’s tough, battle-tested and reaches a youthful demographic that loves to train hard and get strong.
